Nursery    Cassidy Clay

Paula is a retired church secretary and financial secretary. She has served on various committees in ministry and has led previous congregational singing and directed choirs. She has been a member of Emanuel UMC for over 20 years and has enjoyed 'going back to our roots' in worship as a soloist and pianist. Paula and her husband Sonny have 5 children, 16 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren. She loves rural farm life and raising cattle. Church family and close friends are Paula's greatest assets in life.

Cassidy is a newlywed married to Logan Clay, serving in the US Navy, stationed at Kings Bay Naval Base. Cassidy and Logan are the proud pet-parents to their corgi puppy, Odin. Originally from Flagstaff, AZ, Cassidy also serves as a personal care assistant with Coastal Home Care. We are glad to have Cassidy serving parents and children in the Nursery at Emanuel. She says her main focus in life is to be a good woman in God's eyes, take care of those around her, and start each day with a smile!
